I-Trust vurderede sikkerhedskulturen ved brug af <a href=\"https:\/\/itrusta.lt\/kultur-organisation\/\">KFE-metoden<\/a>. Dertil forelagde I-Trust hvor\u00a0awareness-arbejdet skulle fokuseres. KFE-analyserne skulle monitorere resultatet af de\u00a0kultur-\u00a0og kompetencep\u00e5virkende indsatser.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"779\" height=\"195\" src=\"https:\/\/itrusta.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/image-5.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-395\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><a data-type=\"page\" data-id=\"388\" href=\"https:\/\/itrusta.lt\/kultur-organisation\/\">KFE-metoden<\/a> er udviklet af I-Trust i samarbejde med psykologer fra danske og tyske&nbsp;universiteter og afpr\u00f8vet igennem en lang r\u00e6kke pilotprojekter i forskellige&nbsp;virksomhedstyper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image is-style-default\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/itrusta.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/logo-sor-ost11.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-520\" width=\"354\" height=\"205\" srcset=\"https:\/\/itrusta.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/logo-sor-ost11.jpg 480w, https:\/\/itrusta.lt\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/02\/logo-sor-ost11-300x174.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 354px) 100vw, 354px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>KFE-projektet\u00a0omfattede 12.500 ansatte og skulle blandt andet via m\u00e5lrettede evalueringsskemaer sikre, at travlt sygehuspersonale deltog, uden der var konflikter med de daglige opgaver.\u00a0KFE-projektet\u00a0gav v\u00e6rdifulde KPI&#8217;er for de enkelte sygehusenheder og personalegrupper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Samarbejdet mellem ledere og medarbejdere underst\u00f8ttede\u00a0awareness-arbejdet med m\u00e5lrettede projekt-KPI for de enkelte resultatomr\u00e5der. Mere end 85% af det udvalgte personale deltog i analyserne. Derudover fulgte monitorering af f\u00f8r-efter kultur, der bidrog v\u00e6sentligt til at skabe opm\u00e6rksomhed om n\u00f8dvendigheden af awareness-arbejdet. KFE-analyserne bet\u00f8d blandt andet at Helse\u00a0S\u00f8r-\u00d8st fik adgang til m\u00e5lbart data p\u00e5 omr\u00e5der, hvor man tidligere ikke havde muligheden, herunder: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" type=\"1\"><li>Betydningen af ledelsens synlighed.<\/li><li>Ledernes holdning til og arbejde med sikkerhedskultur.<\/li><li>Medarbejdernes viden og opm\u00e6rksomhed p\u00e5 sikker brug af it og data.<\/li><li>De enkelte institutioners praksis og forskelle mellem disse.<\/li><li>Forskelle mellem persongrupper.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/itrusta.lt\/kultur-organisation\/\">L\u00e6s mere omkring vores arbejde med kulturen i organisationen<\/a>.
